DELIVERIES / SHIPPING

We pack your order with care but also quickly as possible. We offer a flat delivery price of only £3.70, this also covers small packaged orders weighing up to 2kg

All orders come with tracking and are shipping using Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service. Your order should be with you within 2 days after it has been dispatched (please be aware of any bank holidays that may affect your arrival time of your order)

Between MON - FRI we offer same day dispatch if you order before 2pm 

FRI After 2pm - Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be posted the next day if there isn’t a holiday, if either we are on holiday or there is a bank holiday you order will then be dispatched on MON

Bank Holidays and Sundays - Please note any orders dispatched during the week but typical arrival time lands on a Sunday or in a bank holiday, you will not receive your order until the next working day. Any orders placed on a Sunday or bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.

RETURNS

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same unused condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will notify you, that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) You will receive your payment inline with your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you receive a refund. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
